I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were fantastic, spacious, and even had a great kitchen better than my own at home. However, there was a flooding issue that left the floor soaking wet along with a strong mildew smell lingering. Despite this, the location was convenient and beautiful, so close to the beach and with plenty of nearby restaurants. The service was a true representation of the friendly island, with very friendly and professional staff accommodating our requests, although check-in was slightly delayed by telephone calls. The dining experience was delicious, especially the fresh products available. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor issues to consider.
The hotel room had a very disappointing view, but it also had a full kitchen and living room, separated by a set of pocket doors. The room had a smell I didn't like, and the partition with the doors felt a bit off. However, the location was closer to the ocean than expected, which was a bit scary but exciting.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly modern, clean, and spacious, complete with a dishwasher and a washing machine, making the stay so convenient. The only downside was that the rooms were located behind a parking lot, which wasn't the most attractive view. The service was top-notch with super friendly staff, always ready to assist. The location was superb, being close to many restaurants and boasting one of the best beaches I've ever visited. However, the closeness of the beach to the room was slightly unnerving at times. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the delicious Japanese dishes offered. In terms of facilities, everything was great, from the sun shelters to the amenities available. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a few minor drawbacks.
